Do this to Shift Your State INSTANTLY!

Fear. Worry. Anger. Overwhelm. Frustration. Anxiety. That feeling of being completely consumed by something you can’t seem to shake 😵‍💫 We’ve all been there, and we all know how hard it is to find your way back to yourself when you’re inside it. This practice exists for exactly that moment.

These movements are designed to do one thing: shift your state. Quickly. Intentionally. By bringing direct energy and conscious movement to the body, you interrupt the loop. The spiral of thoughts, the tightening in the chest, the weight of whatever has taken over and create an immediate pathway back to peace and calm. I can guarantee you WILL feel 1000x better after doing this.

You don’t need to solve anything. You don’t need to understand why you feel the way you feel. Just move, and let your body do what it already knows how to do, regulate, reset, and return you to yourself. One practice. 2 minutes . A completely different state on the other side.
