We hold the weight of the world in our shoulders and most of us have been doing it so long we’ve forgotten what it feels like to be without it 😅

Responsibility, stress, the things we’ve said yes to when we meant no, the burdens we took on that were never really ours to carry. It all lands here. This practice uses gentle, intentional dance movements to bring direct energy and attention to the shoulders, creating the conditions for your body to finally exhale…. You don’t need to know what you’re releasing. You don’t need a reason or a memory. Your body has been keeping track, and it knows exactly what to do when you give it space to move 💫
