One on One Session
40 Euros
Experience a deeply transformative one-on-one session combining intuitive movement with tailored guidance. These sessions are designed to cultivate a profound connection with your body and emotions, facilitating healing and self-discovery. Whether you're addressing a specific issue or exploring uncharted areas of your inner world, this session is a safe space for exploration & release.
Open to all, regardless of experience level or role

Couples Session
80 Euros
Designed for couples or pairs seeking to deepen their bond through movement. Enhance your dance partnership or romantic connection with personalized guidance and synchronized practices. Each session is crafted to meet your shared intention and specific needs, while promoting a harmonious connection between partners through fostering empathy, trust, and emotional attunement.
Open to all couples, regardless of dance experience.
Allow 1.5 to 2 hours for this enriching experience.
Group Workshop
15 Euros per person - Min 4 people
Immerse your group in a bespoke healing and movement experience, tailored to your collective intention. Enjoy the flexibility of hosting at a location of your choice or at our serene studio in Lisbon (please note: a €30 studio hire fee applies). Ideal for deepening connection, fostering unity, or exploring somatic healing in a supportive, private setting.
Sessions last between 1.5 to 2 hours.
